• New QB files, Chart of Account setup, cleanup, and updates
• AP/AR, Reconciliation, 'Classes', Job/ Projects, data entry
• Virtual bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bookkeeping & reporting
• Coordination and communication with CPA for tax prep
• Outsourced payroll
• Project-based invoicing, billable expenses, reimbursements, collections
• End of year tasks: 1099s, 1096
• Sales Tax and Business Tax submissions
• Secure cloud-based file sharing option for Desktop QuickBooks for $12 per month
• Business Advisory/ CFO Services: cashflow, workflow, processes, profit, credit, referrals, and other big-picture support

​*We do not use Xero or Mac QuickBooks, because these products are unreliable and overly simplistic. We want to stand behind our work, and these products do not meet our standards.

• $90/hour for bookkeeping, meetings, emails & calls
• $110/hour for business consulting, technical troubleshooting, forensic accounting, QuickBooks or other computer training
• Minimum of 2 hours for onsite visits, plus travel
